Tony has over 20 years of experience as a multi-unit owner and operator of various franchised businesses including Jiffy Lube, Pioneer Chicken and Der Wienerschnitzel. His expertise is invaluable when it comes to owning and operating a business. Additionally, he also earned his brokers license along the way.
Hwan has more than 11 years running and operating multiple unit franchised restaurants. From build out to purchase to strategically selling stores, he has experience in all aspects of starting and running a successful restaurant to the final stage of selling it to ‘cash out’.

Thu had operated her own reputable restaurant for over 9 years, with expertise in cutting costs and improving operation efficiency. She also worked in the banking industry with Bank of America and Citibank. In the 2000s, she started her career as a realtor and successfully helped many clients invest in real estate. She graduated with a Business Administration Degree. Her passion to help clients achieve “pride-of-ownership” and investing in profitable businesses has earned her clients’ trust with recognition of her efforts to always go above and beyond.
After obtaining his Real Estate license, Carlos Amaya worked as a realtor advising his clients in the areas of selling, buying and investing in residential and commercial real estate. Early on in his career, he successfully started working as a business administration instructor teaching and coaching young adults on their way to becoming entrepreneurs.
Carlos Amaya’s philosophy has always been – “provide everyone with the tools required to be successful” – a philosophy he continues to apply as a professional business broker at Pacific Restaurant Brokers. He is also a fully bilingual English and Spanish professional who can speak, understand, write and read both languages.
