We have a team of experienced support managers who provide support to owners pre- and post- opening. Following an owner’s grand opening we provide ongoing support services by phone, email and on-site visits to their location. Our extensive systems, programs and intranet provide tools to aid the owner’s business operations and mazimizing profitability including a Restaurant365 and myster shop program. We regulary update our Operations Manual and other tools to run the TMAD business with new procedures and information designed to improve operations for all our owners. We also conduct ongoing training programs on daily operations of a Teriyaki Madness.
