Prior to joining our team, Steve owned and operated a successful restaurant in Seal Beach for over 20 years.  He is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of running a successful restaurant and is an excellent resource for both buyer and seller. From controlling food costs, lease negotiations, employee challenges to social media marketing and vendor contracts,  Steve provides valuable insight for anyone interested in running a profitable restaurant.

Hwan has more than 11 years running and operating multiple unit franchised restaurants.  From build out to purchase to strategically selling stores, he has experience in all aspects of starting and running a successful restaurant to the final stage of selling it to ‘cash out’.

Prior to joining Pacific Restaurant Brokers, Jerry was a state investigator for California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).  He handled a licensing and enforcement with the Santa Ana district office and is knowledgeable in all facets of liquor licensing.
